Terms of service

What we do

We are a booking service. You tell us which cities you are visiting, when, and how many dinners you want. We attempt to secure reservations at luxury restaurants in those cities on your behalf. We do not operate restaurants, we do not sell food, and we do not arrange flights, hotels, or transport.

What we do not promise

We cannot guarantee any particular restaurant, date, or time. Restaurants decide who they seat. We promise to try, and we promise you are charged only for what we secure. If we secure nothing, you pay nothing.

Your reservation is with the restaurant

Once a reservation exists it is between you and that restaurant. Their terms, deposits, cancellation charges, dress codes, and menu apply. We are not a party to that arrangement and are not responsible for the meal, the service, or any charge the restaurant makes.

Accurate details

Restaurants hold reservations in a name and often confirm by phone or email. Give us details that are correct and current. A reservation lost because the contact details were wrong still counts as secured.

Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Our pricing and charging rules are set out in our refund policy.

Limit of liability

Our liability to you is limited to the fee you paid us. We are not liable for travel costs, missed meals, or anything else arising from a reservation we did or did not secure.
